About BidQuill

Why we built it, and who it's for.

BidQuill exists for one reason: small contractors miss government work they could win, simply because finding and reading the bids is a full-time job. The opportunities are public — posted every day on the federal SAM.gov system — but they're buried in 40- to 80-page solicitations written in dense procurement language, scattered across thousands of notices, most of which have nothing to do with your trade.

What we do

BidQuill watches every U.S. government bid posting, matches the ones that fit your trade, NAICS codes and region, and emails you a short, plain-English brief of each — what they're buying, what you'll need to qualify, the set-aside, and the deadline. For contractors who want to go further, our Bid Assist tier reads the full solicitation and produces a go/no-go assessment, a compliance checklist, a bid-package outline, and a tailored first draft.

Why us

Our mission

To level the playing field for small businesses chasing public contracts — so the shop that does great work, not just the one with a full-time proposal team, gets a fair shot at winning it.
