Frequently asked questions

How does BidQuill get the bids?

From the U.S. government's public SAM.gov system, refreshed daily. Every notice we show is a real federal opportunity, and each one links to the official SAM.gov listing.

How do I receive alerts?

By email. Free members get a weekly digest; Pro members get daily plus instant alerts. Add alerts@bidquill.com to your contacts so they reach your inbox, not spam.

I'm not getting any emails. What's wrong?

Almost always one of two things: (1) our emails are landing in Spam or Promotions — search there and mark "Not spam"; or (2) you signed up with a different email than the one you're checking. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

What's the difference between Pro and Bid Assist?

Pro finds and briefs the right bids for you. Bid Assist helps you prepare a chosen bid — a go/no-go call, compliance checklist, outline, and a tailored draft. See Services.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, yourself, from your billing portal — there's a "Manage billing & cancel" link on your dashboard, or ask us. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Do you guarantee I'll win bids?

No. BidQuill helps you find and understand opportunities and prepare stronger responses. Winning depends on your bid, your pricing, and the agency's decision. Our briefs and Bid Assist deliverables are decision support, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of award.

Is my company information private?

Yes. We use your profile only to match bids and tailor Bid Assist deliverables for you. See our Privacy Policy.

How much does it cost to run my own bids?

Free to start. Pro is $39/month, Bid Assist is $149/month, billed through Stripe, cancel anytime.
