BidQuill ("we") operates BidQuill. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account info — your email, and the trade/NAICS/region you ask us to match.
• Company profile (Bid Assist) — details you choose to provide (capabilities, certifications, past performance) to tailor your deliverables.
• Billing info — handled by Stripe; we receive your subscription status and a customer reference, not your full card number.
• Usage — basic records of emails sent and pages generated, to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To match bids to you, send your alerts, generate Bid Assist deliverables, process payment, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted processors strictly to operate BidQuill: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI summarization of bids — we send solicitation text and your profile to generate your briefs), and U.S. government SAM.gov data (public source). Each processes data only to provide its function.

Email & unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from alert emails anytime via the link in any email. Note that unsubscribing stops emails but does not by itself cancel a paid plan — see cancellation.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. To access, correct, or delete your data, email support@bidquill.com and we'll take care of it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including signed, expiring access links and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
