Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may and may not use BidQuill. It's part of our Terms of Service.

You may

• Use BidQuill to find, understand, and respond to government bid opportunities for your own business.
• Use Bid Assist deliverables to prepare your own proposals.

You may not

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export our briefs, directory, or deliverables, or use bots to access the service beyond normal use.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute BidQuill content, or build a competing service from it.
• Share account access or magic links with people outside your business.
• Attempt to breach security, probe the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Use BidQuill for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your eligibility for a contract.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Questions: support@bidquill.com.
