U.S. Air Force seeks a large prime contractor to design and build a new two-bay aircraft maintenance hangar with support facilities at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona, replacing two demolished buildings over 730 calendar days.
Design and construction of a two-bay aircraft hangar with concrete foundation, steel frame, metal roof, motorized doors, cranes, fire suppression, 500kW generator, aircraft maintenance unit with administrative/shop/locker areas, fleet service terminal, covered storage, and associated airfield pavements including apron, drainage, and site improvements. Includes demolition of two existing buildings.

- Submit complete signed Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with proposal
- failure to do so may render offer ineligible
- If large business, submit subcontracting plan as part of proposal (required for contracts exceeding $2M)
