FUSE BLK/EMI A11

Department of Defense seeks a supplier to manufacture and deliver fuse blocks with EMI shielding (FUSE BLK/EMI A11) to specification for Navy inventory.

Manufacture and supply of FUSE BLK/EMI A11 fuse blocks per MIL-STD-130 marking and CAGE code reference 7104335-9. Award will be made on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.

• Must be manufacturer of the fuse block or clearly identify Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and CAGE code if reselling
• Compliance with MIL-STD-130, REV N (16 NOV 2012) for marking and identification
• Must register with Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and PIEE-WAWF for electronic invoice/receiving report submission
• No substitution of design, material, or part number without written change order approval from NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer
• Inspection and acceptance at government-designated CAGE/address locations (specific locations to be provided by government)
• Must accept federal acquisition supply chain security restrictions and annual representations/certifications
