• Must possess or contract a cutterhead dredge with 30-inch or greater inside diameter discharge capacity
• Must provide full crew and all attendant plant equipment for dredging operations
• Must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award
• Experience with large-scale maintenance dredging on navigable waterways preferred
