Comprehensive renovation of a 73,000-square-foot VA community living facility including HVAC system upgrades, hospice wing refresh and remodel, dining area and patio renovation, new neighborhood kitchen construction, exterior door replacements, and landscaping work.

What you'll need

Experience with building renovation projects of similar magnitude and complexity
Demonstrated capabilities in electrical, HVAC/heating, roofing, and chiller/cooling tower work
Fencing and access gates experience
For small business primes: compliance with 85% subcontracting limitations (FAR 52.219-14)

Ideal bidder: Commercial and institutional building contractors with substantial experience on multi-million-dollar healthcare or government facility renovation projects, ideally with in-house HVAC, electrical, and structural repair capabilities or strong subcontractor networks.

Est. value: $10,000,000 to $25,000,000
