Construction of an Infantry Platoon Battle Course (IPBC) facility including the primary battle course, small arms range operations control area, control tower, operations/storage building, covered bleacher, covered mess, ammunition breakdown building, information systems, and latrine pads, plus supporting electric service, site improvements, and information systems. Post-construction award services, cybersecurity measures, and sustainability/energy measures are also required.

• Must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov at time of bid submission and award
• Must have an active Proposal Manager role in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system at https://piee.eb.mil/ for electronic bid submission
• Site visit on 27 May 2026 at 09:00am EDT is available (recommended for bidders to attend)
• Contractor must comply with DFARS cybersecurity and sustainability/energy requirements
• Heavy civil/military construction contractors with experience in large-scale facility construction, military base projects, and complex infrastructure systems, typically firms capable of handling $10M–$25M firm-fixed-price contracts.
