DoD needs a complete roof replacement and overhang repairs on Building 155 at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.
Full design and replacement of the roof on Building 155 using a TPO single-ply membrane roofing system, including insulation (ASHRAE-compliant), gutters, downspouts, curbing, coping, and replacement of overhangs covering the exhaust louver (rear) and entrance/roll-up door (front). All work must eliminate weather-borne water leaks and prevent roof ponding.
- Completion of CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) training and signed MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment required to access drawings and documentation
- Site visit on 04 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST (registration required by 26 May 2026)
- highly encouraged but not mandatory
- Valid Real ID required for site visit attendance
- If driving on base: valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance
- All RFIs must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM CST on 08 June 2026
- Must perform all work per Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable Air Force requirements and codes
