Maintenance dredging of approximately 200,000 cubic yards of silt and clay from Haverstraw Bay (RM 35–40 of the Hudson River) to -32 feet MLLW depth, with transport and placement of dredged material at the federally approved Historic Area Remediation Site in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 60 miles away.
- Mechanical dredge with closed clamshell environmental bucket capability
- Hopper barges, tugboat(s), and attendant plant(s) for transport and placement operations
- Ability to comply with Water Quality Certification restrictions (dredging only between August 15 and October 31)
- Ability to commence work within 5 calendar days of Notice to Proceed
- Compliance with all permit conditions provided by Government
