FCC Yazoo City - Air Cooled Condensors Replacement

Federal Prison Camp in Yazoo City, MS needs a complete replacement of its aging geothermal HVAC system with three new air-cooled condensers.

Install three high-efficiency air-cooled condenser units to replace a non-functioning geothermal system serving approximately 15,500 square feet across the Camp Core and Education buildings. Work includes concrete pad installation, wall core drilling, refrigeration and electrical connections, insulation, factory startup, and abandonment of the original geothermal system in place.

• Mandatory site visit on 6/16/26 at 10 AM CST
• must express interest by 6/12/26 at 12 Noon CST
• All workers must be escorted at all times on the federal correctional facility grounds
• Project must be completed within 150 calendar days
• Work limited to Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm (excluding federal holidays)
• Equipment must meet specific technical specs: 550 RPM sickle-blade AC fan motors, 460V main power, 46 dBA max sound at 10 meters, 600 psig factory pressure test
• No electronic devices, tobacco products, weapons, or unapproved medications on site
