Department of Defense needs a contractor to repair and resurface approximately 4.2 miles of perimeter road at a military base, including full-depth pavement repairs, mill/overlay, drainage, and traffic management.
The work consists of construction of new 2 and 3-lane roads including full-depth pavement repairs, mill/overlay, crack repairs, subsurface edge drainage installation, localized grading for drainage, and new paint/markings on the entire perimeter road and Jefferson Avenue (approximately 4.2 miles of HMA pavement resurfacing). Contractor must maintain traffic flow during construction and handle removal/reinstallation of steel wedge and jersey barriers per security direction.

- Obtain base access request form (PW 127sfs) and submit NLT 4 days prior to mandatory site visit (3 June 2026 at 2:00pm EDT)
- Follow updated specifications and drawings (Update 0001 dated 1 June 2026)
- acknowledge receipt in bid submission
- Coordinate all work with Base Operations and SANGB Security Staff
- Maintain traffic flow throughout construction
