J063--Physical Access Control (PACS) Maintenance Request for Information

The Veterans Affairs Department needs a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, inspections, and updates to Physical Access Control System (PACS) equipment at VA Regional Offices nationwide.

Quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, software/firmware updates, system backups, and power supply testing of PACS equipment at VA facilities. Includes two (2) controlled power outage exercises per year with detailed reporting of all maintenance activities and deficiencies.

• Must be an approved reseller and manufacturer-authorized technician for the currently installed PACS system
• Must provide detailed electronic reports within 5 business days of each inspection/service visit
• Must attend post-award and progress meetings (virtual)
• Must schedule services with facility POC at least 1 hour before arrival
• Must complete first inspection within 30 business days of contract start
• Must perform quarterly maintenance (4x per year) on a mutually agreed schedule
