GSA needs a complete fire alarm and emergency voice communication system replacement at the David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, CO, to replace a 1999 Siemens system no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Design and installation of a new network digital-addressable fire alarm system, emergency voice alarm communication system, bi-directional amplifier two-way radio enhancement, and associated wiring, equipment, devices, and appliances. Work includes new elevator smoke detection control panels and may be phased with GSA approval. Demolition of existing system included upon completion.
