• Meet or exceed the required 239-day repair turnaround time (RTAT), measured from physical receipt at contractor facility to government acceptance
• Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding and report all transactions accurately in CAV system within five business days of receipt
• Obtain a CAGE code and identify inspection/acceptance location and facility/subcontractor location (if different from awardee CAGE)
• Submit firm-fixed-price, estimated, or not-to-exceed (NTE) pricing
• provide basis if pricing differs from historical rates or similar items
• Government Source Inspection (GSI) will be performed
• contractor must make asset available for final inspection and acceptance within contractual RTATs
• If asset is determined beyond repair (BR), provide documentation of T&E costs incurred for potential price reduction negotiation
