Vermont Army National Guard Work for Warriors
Vermont Army National Guard seeks a contractor to manage and deliver the Work for Warriors career support and job placement program for service members, veterans, and their families across the state.
Comprehensive career support services including resume writing, interview coaching, job placement assistance, employer partnership development, and program marketing/media strategy. The contractor shall also operate a dedicated toll-free phone line, manage the program website and social media, attend job fairs, and coordinate with Army/Air recruiting leadership.
- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification required
- Demonstrated experience in career services, job placement, or veteran employment programs
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach campaigns
