The VA's Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center in Philadelphia needs electrical substation replacement to support future capacity demands at this federal hospital.

Replace two aging 29-year-old electrical substations (Substations 1 and 2) with new 480/277V substations containing 1500 kVA transformers each, plus install a temporary replacement substation to maintain power during construction. All work must be phased to keep the medical center operational, completed within 365 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, in accordance with VA specifications and all federal, state, and local codes.
