DoD needs a complete roof replacement and overhang repairs on Building 155 at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi.
Design and complete replacement of the roof system (TPO single-ply membrane), insulation meeting ASHRAE requirements, gutter systems with downspouts, roof curbs and coping, and overhang covers for the exhaust louver and entrance/roll-up door. Work includes replacement of all built-up roof components down to deck, with no ponding and full weather-tightness guaranteed.
- CUI training completion and signed "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment" to access drawings
- Site visit attendance highly encouraged by 04 June 2026 (registration required by 26 May 2026)
- Valid Real ID required for all attendees
- Compliance with all AF requirements, SOW, and applicable building codes
- Submission of RFIs no later than 12:00 PM CST on 08 June 2026
