Navy is procuring a parts kit for ball valves used in a critical shipboard system.

Supply and deliver parts kit(s) for ball valves designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material (Level I) for shipboard use. Bidders may also quote repair services (teardown, evaluation, inspection, full repair to "like new" or "A" condition) with not-to-exceed or firm fixed pricing, plus a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price option.

• Must comply with applicable Navy specifications and drawings (CSD155 reference)
• access to drawings must be requested on SAM beta website
• Must provide NTE or firm fixed price for repair/supply work
• include approximate cost of new item if available
• Must provide beyond-repair (BR)/beyond-economic-repair (BER) pricing
• Must submit certification data (CDRLs) on DD Form 1423 at least 20 days before scheduled delivery
• Delivery within 365 days of contract effective date
• no shipping costs (government handles logistics via ATAC/CAV system)
• Past performance will be evaluated in award decision
