Repair, overhaul, testing and inspection of pressure equalization valves (NSN-based). Contractor must meet defined Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) and monthly throughput constraints; all fixtures, tooling, and test equipment are contractor-supplied.

• Must accurately report all transactions in Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within 5 business days of receipt
• Comply with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C (personnel must be trained and certified)
• Personnel performing work must comply with MIL-STD-454 equivalents and use SAE-AS22759 series wire (not MIL-W-81381)
• Must obtain final Government inspection and acceptance within specified RTAT
• Must provide throughput constraint commitment per NSN (fill-in requirement on proposal)
