INDIG Village Demolition
Department of Defense seeks a small business to demolish a village structure, remove debris, and grade the site at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia Beach.
Complete demolition of the designated building(s), removal and disposal of all debris, and site grading/preparation. Contractor provides all labor, materials, heavy equipment, and supervision.
- Must be a certified small business (Total Small Business Set-Aside)
- Must own or have access to heavy demolition equipment and site preparation machinery
- Experience with large-scale demolition and debris removal required
- Ability to obtain federal contracting performance compliance
