U.S. Coast Guard seeks firms to repair and replace navigation buoys and structures in the Columbia River near Astoria, Oregon.

Contractor shall install, replace, and remove ATON (Aids to Navigation) structures in the Columbia River at USCG Base Tongue Point, including standard maintenance, fabrication, and surveying of structures to ensure proper positioning. Work is limited to November 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 in-water work window.
