Procurement, delivery, and installation of precast concrete piles, precast concrete floor and ramp framing, pre-engineered metal building, metal stairs with concrete footings, and miscellaneous metalwork for a new shops building at a lock facility.
- Must be eligible for and willing to perform as an 8(a) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (certified or committed to certification)
- Ability to manage heavy material procurement and delivery logistics to a remote waterway location with site access constraints (5-ton bridge weight limit on LA-3147)
- Experience with precast concrete installation and metal building assembly in industrial/infrastructure settings
- Capability to coordinate delivery by land (via LA-3147) or water (via Freshwater Bayou Canal) depending on equipment specifications
