GSA seeks general contractors capable of supervising and performing commercial office construction, renovations, MEP systems, fire sprinkler systems, sitework, exterior repairs, demolition, elevator modernizations, and other construction activities across multiple delivery methods (Design/Bid/Build, Design/Build, CMc).

Ideal bidder: General contractors (large or small) with commercial office and institutional building construction experience capable of managing projects in the East Coast corridor regions.

Est. value: $150,000,000 cumulative maximum ordering limit across all task orders; individual task orders anticipated between $250,000–$10,000,000, with typical orders $500,000–$3,000,000.
