Design and construction of new unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing (UEPH) barracks for 200 soldiers, including living quarter suites, common facilities (clothes/steam/barber rooms), cybersecurity/anti-terrorism systems, fire protection, intrusion detection, energy monitoring, and site development. Demolition of 16 buildings (30,897 SF total). Period of performance: 1,460 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

- Compliance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) for 40-year design life
- DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for Building standards compliance
- Design-build or design-bid-build capability with comprehensive design services
- Experience with military barracks/housing construction and AT/FP systems
- Ability to manage demolition, site utilities, storm drainage, paving, and landscaping
