Repair and refurbishment of Lowell Creek Tunnel, including removal of loose concrete, replacement of damaged railroad rails, repair of tunnel sidewalls and invert lining using high-strength silica fume concrete, and extension of centerline steel rail throughout the approximately 2,100-foot horseshoe-shaped tunnel.
