Water Treatment Service HVAC System
Dover Air Force Base needs a contractor to service and maintain water treatment and HVAC systems (condensers, thermal ice storage, heating/cooling loops, hot water systems, water softeners) at the base in Dover, Delaware.
Provide ongoing service program to control corrosion, slime and algae in condensers and service thermal ice storage systems, closed-loop heating/cooling systems, gas-fired hot water systems, and water softeners as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

- Must have experience servicing thermal ice storage and closed-loop HVAC systems
