Construction of a new baseball stadium including concrete grandstands, press box, restrooms, concessions, dugouts, home team facilities (locker rooms, showers, replay booth, lounge), coaching staff facilities, sports medicine training room, equipment room, and demolition of existing press box and dugouts. New access road from east roadway. Limited field work.
