U.S. Navy seeks repair of one power assembly module (NSN 7HH 5963 016010658, P/N 508-00661-00) under firm fixed-price contract.

Repair and overhaul of one MODULE, POWER ASSY unit, including teardown & evaluation, complete repair (addressing damage, wear, missing parts, hardware), CAV reporting, IUID compliance, and return to Navy. All transportation paid by Navy. Bidder must meet specified return-time-at-turnaround (RTAT) or face 1% per-unit price reduction.

• CAGE code authorization (0ZBE8 or equivalent) and capability to repair per contractor/Navy-approved standards, drawings, and technical orders
• MIL-STD-130 (REV N) marking compliance and MIL-STD packaging
• Source inspection capability, CAV (Cyber Asset Visibility) reporting, and IUID compliance (unless new unit price <$5,000)
• DFARS cybersecurity compliance (252.204-7008 & 252.204-7012)
• Defined RTAT (return time) to be met or face price reduction; quote must state teardown & evaluation rate, RTAT, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date
• Quote response within 12 days maximum; 180-day quote validity requested
