New construction of a 57,955 SF Missile Munitions Distribution Facility (MMDF) warehouse with 4,614 SF canopy, 568 SF Vehicle Storage Building, 327 SF Munitions Operations Management Building, Rail Classification Yard with ~8,000 LF of rail siding and suspect track, plus associated earthwork, utilities, fencing, roadways, hardstands, and site development.
