R--DK ONSITE RESCUE TEAM
The Department of Interior's Bureau of Reclamation (Missouri Basin Region) seeks a trained, qualified rescue team to stand by during gate operations, testing, and inspections at six dam/reservoir facilities across South Dakota and Wyoming.
Provide standby rescue teams certified for permit-required confined space entry at six Reclamation facilities (Angostura, Belle Fourche, Keyhole, Shadehill, Pactola, and Deerfield Reservoirs) during gate inspection and testing operations. Teams must comply with Reclamation Safety and Health Standards and be on-site for inspections lasting up to 8 hours per facility, with capacity for vertical shaft rescues up to 125 feet at some locations.
- Team members must hold appropriate certifications for permit-required confined space entry per Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS) Section 1.12
