• Must meet or beat 134-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) or document capacity constraints
• Must maintain Government Source Inspection (GSI) capability
• Must accurately report all transactions in Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within 5 business days of receipt
• Must provide unit price, total price, and RTAT in quote
• Must be prepared to accept bilateral contract requiring signed acceptance before execution
