DoD needs repair of a secure military runway intersection involving removal and replacement of 136 concrete panels and ancillary pavement work in South Carolina, with nighttime and rapid-cure requirements.
Removal and replacement of 136 concrete pavement panels (25 ft × 25 ft × 24 inches) at a runway intersection, including saw cutting, installation of temporary and permanent fast-setting concrete panels, milling and overlay of asphalt shoulders, installation of centerline and edge lighting, runway markings, and pavement finishing. Work must occur Thursday–Monday nights (2300–0700 hours) with runway open for daily aircraft traffic by morning.

- Capability to place fast-setting concrete achieving aircraft-traffic strength within 3–4-hour cure window
- Equipment and crew capacity to handle sawing and removal of 24-inch-thick pavement and volumetric concrete placement of minimum 50 cubic yards per night
- Demonstrated past performance on multi-discipline runway repair projects of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity
- Construction contract administration capabilities including Critical Path Method scheduling, submittal management, and project closeout
