POWER SUPPLY

The U.S. Navy seeks a contractor to repair power supplies under a firm-fixed-price repair contract with a required 155-day turnaround time and government source inspection.

Repair of power supply units (NAICS 335931). The contractor will receive items, perform repairs, and return them within 155 days. Government Source Inspection (GSI) required. Freight handled by Navy via Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system.

• Maintain Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 155 days or less
• delays result in price reductions
• Submit quote including unit price, total price, and RTAT commitment
• Accurately report all transactions in CAV system by end of fifth business day after receipt
• Provide CAGE code(s) for awardee, inspection/acceptance, and facility/subcontractor locations
• For items not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or with price increases: provide NSN of similar item, prior commercial invoices, or pricing justification
• If item deemed Beyond Repair (BR), document T&E costs incurred for negotiated price reduction
