Small business construction contractors can bid on an IDIQ Multiple Award Contract to manage simultaneous sustainment, repair, maintenance, and minor construction projects at two Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia locations.

Provide management, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control for sustainment, repair, maintenance, and minor construction projects. Work includes roofing, renovations, HVAC, painting, paving, environmental abatement, concrete work, electrical systems, fire protection, telecommunications, plumbing, security systems, elevators, and cooling towers at Navy facilities.
