Repair services for underwater rod meter equipment (item nomenclature and NSN to be verified by bidder). Quantity reduced from 28 to 11 units. Accelerated delivery encouraged before schedule dates.

• Must be an authorized repair source for the specific equipment
• authorization status will not delay award
• Must meet MIL-STD packaging and Government source inspection requirements
• FOB Source delivery
• Must adhere to DFARS IUID (item unique identification) requirements and CAV (Commercial Asset Visibility) reporting within 5 business days of receipt
• Must meet requested 200-day repair turnaround time (RTAT) measured from physical receipt at contractor facility
• failure triggers monthly price reductions per unit
• Must provide fixed-price, not-to-exceed, or estimated pricing for repair only (test & evaluation quotes alone will not be accepted)
• Must state monthly throughput capacity constraint per NSN and induction expiration date (365 days post-award cutoff for new asset acceptance)
