Civil/site construction of approximately 162,000 square feet of streetscape improvements including sidewalks, curb & gutter, utilities, and integrated security countermeasures, phased over 4 phases.
- Possession of relevant federal construction experience, particularly on high-security or public buildings projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale phased construction projects
- Experience with site utilities work and streetscape/civil construction
